Regular Business Hours
10am - 6pm Central USA time; Monday - Friday.
Does this mean we CLOSE after 6PM? Absolutely not!

We do try to process unlocks 24/7, up till 1-2-3am frequently (Monday - Sunday), but our "technical" business hours are as stated above, this is for people who order, call, ask questions at 3/4am (or on a Sunday) and get upset because we don't respond right away, we do sleep at times and have family members too. Thanks for understanding :)


Our Goal
is to provide you with the best customer service possible when dealing online. All emails will be responded to within 24 hours (within 24 mins 99% of the time during business hours). You will be updated and aware of all steps of the process. Emailing is the best way to get a hold of us.


Other Carriers
While a majority of our unlocks are for U.S based providers we have a larger volume of "Other Carriers/International" (Non-USA) phones that we unlock.
You may be required to run an additional program on the phone to make sure we have the right carrier information to provide you the right unlock code.


Unlocking Service
While it is almost impossible to generate a faulty unlock code; in the event of this happening, simply send us a video of the unlock process (you entering the code and it being rejected) and we will issue you a COMPLETE refund, no questions asked. If we are unable to generate an unlock code for you in the allotted time we will also refund 100% of your payment; our services are 100% risk free. If we don't get it done, we'll refund your money, simple as that. This does not provide a protection if you have tried too many times prior (to using our service) with a wrong unlock code and your phone is permanently locked, if your phone is permanently locked; no unlock code can help the situation.

We are a U.S. based company and call to verify all orders for our customers security. In case we are not able to reach you at an international number, we will notify you and you would have to give us a call to verify your order.


Compatibility
We are here to provide great unlocking service, there are over a thousand cell phone providers around the world (and more added daily), it is just about impossible for us to answer the "Will my phone work for 'X' provider or not?" for every single provider. It will be up to you (the user) to find out if your service provider is a GSM provider; the easiest way to do this is to just call your customer service department and ask "Are you a GSM provider?"


Canceling an order
You have up to 15 minutes after placing an order to request a cancellation it; after that time we will not be able to cancel any orders unless they exceed the times posted on the order page (which almost never happens).
This is a problem when someone places an order that has a return time clearly posted as 1 - 12 business hours and two hours later (after we have submitted it to our suppliers who will charge us) want to cancel the order; we will not be able to do so. Please make sure you are comfortable with the return times poster clearly on the order page BEFORE ordering; placing an order with a return time of 1 - 12 business hours and "changing your mind" two hours later (after we have purchased the code) will not be acceptable, your card will still be charged since you put in your information and made the order. We will send the code after our waiting period clears or we know you are the card holder.


Wrong IMEI Number
This issue arises when the customer sends us the wrong IMEI number, please understand that we pay for these codes as well (per IMEI number) and don't just have them sitting here and can correct that problem. If you send us the wrong IMEI number (or model/carrier) you will get the wrong code that is non-refundable, so please please please make sure you double and tripple check the IMEI number (model/carrier) before sending it, thanks. We are not responsible for this mistake, please understand that.

New Unlocking Law
As you may have heard, there has been some changes to the law regarding unlocking of cell phones affecting individuals in the USA. As of January 26th, 2013, it will be illegal to unlock devices that are manufactured from this date onwards for USA phones, phones made BEFORE this date are still 100% okay to unlock. This law can be completely ignored by clients outside of the USA in foreign countries. Due to the recent legislation passed by the Library of Congress for the Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA), we are forbidden to unlock devices that were manufactured on January 26th, 2013 and later.
