We have had three, four, five (to many now :) people ask and send numerous emails during the payment process that we decided to make this page to clarify.
After you enter all your card/bank info to Google Checkout and you are given a reciept does not mean your payment has cleared!!!! We are then sent and email and when we log into our account it looks like this:
Customer Review in ProgressYour information given to Google Checkout is now being verified, this usually take about 15 - 20 minutes on average; average does not mean ALL take 15 - 20 mins, some take 10 minutes and a couple have taken an hour or two. Google will notify us once payment has cleared and we will submit your order. We are not able to submit requests until payments clear, every so often we have some that do not pass the customer review process and we get this error:
So please do not try to rush us to process your order until it clears, we WILL submit it once your order has cleared, you don't need to send us multiple emails and phone calls.
